If there were no laws, wouldn't there be mass chaos? What good is there in mass chaos? Constantly living in fear, no safety, no protection, no public services.

How do you see society under anarchy?

I did not say it is a star fleet emblem, it just reminds me of it :)

And my definition of anarchy is from a lifetime of experience with humans.

No system without enforced rules is stable for any significant time since there will always be somebody taking advantage over others. I never fully understood how Marx ever got the idea that his communism is actually workable, the same problems apply to it as do to anarchy.

Live long and prosper ;)

Anarchy is the theory that if there are no rules everybody will follow them.

Still looks similar to a star fleet emblem to me :)

Actually now that I think about it, the day my profile picture was taken we did a 35 mile ride, and on the way back we joined in on the "Chicago's Full Moon Festival".

It celebrates the Equinox (Sept 22nd, if I remember correctly). I got to hangout with Pagans and their fiery sticks of glory. The dancing was fantastic. Take a peek: http://echopic.com/18qo

You're missing the point.

They both believe in sexual freedom (Emma Goldman, anyone?), both believe in equality, both believe in personal freedom (whether it be religion, sex, ritual sacrificing, whatever), and both have a history with active discord.

There's a reason both groups are considered radical.

The only difference is that Wiccans practice their nudity together in group while anarchists do between the sheets... usually together. Haha.

In the past Anarchists usually drop faith and utilize causes like workers' rights, equality, and sexual rights as their religion. Presently, anarchists embody political causes as religion as well in arenas like environmentalism, equality, and sexual freedom.

Wiccans believe in the power of Mother Earth as a force that can be harnessed to cause change in the environment.

Personally, I draw a lot of similarities, it's cool if you see otherwise.

You know what's pretty cool? University of Chicago offers a really sweet course entitled: The Culture of Witchcraft, Magic & Power.
What a great course, one of the best I've ever taken.

Yeah, I don't think any of them are the same either. I'm just trying to be a troll.
