If you have morels and not "false morels" they are awesome! You have to fully cook them, I like to (after cleaning with cool water) fry them up in butter and garlic then put them on a steak...just make damn sure you have the real deal!

that's a spawning steelhead, they turn silver after , called turnbacks, and feed like there is not tomarrow. When and if my friend sends the photos from his cam' you'll see a turnback.

On the quite I love Canada - Toronto is one of my favorite places in North America.

Its amazing what the difference between a river can be.

And the people are great even the canucks. (thats french canadians right)
