That's actually kinda cool, but only as an experimental item. What would be really great is if you have a room be able to rotate, perhaps changing into a different type of room, that would be consumer level so most people could benefit. That would be truly impressive.
I personally like it. It throws the idea of industrialism and solid-line architecture on it's ear. Money be damned, when it comes to art, it's about grabbing attention and getting people to think differently.
It may be simple, but it's a first-step. Like the afmorementioned comment - imagine if a whole room could alter and shift like that. Everything starts somewhere. Personally - I would love to shift a living room out the wall into a patio/deck configuration.
