This is bullshit. Bolt was way out in front for the entire race. I have way more respect for Simon Whitfield. He was out of his race for the most of it, and then came back at the end.

This reminds me of the time I auditioned for a part in "Chariots of Fire", a British flick starring Sylvester Stallone and Roger Moore if I remember right.
They wanted someone with a perfect physique who could run 100 yards in 10 seconds, so of course I thought I'd be a shoe-in for the job.
I turned up for the test in a 1920s style vest and running shorts. (I reckoned getting into character early would impress the producers.)
Unfortunately, I hadn't realised the part I was testing for was "The Sprinter's Father" who was supposed to be 86 years old and weigh 240 pounds.
C'est la vie.
