Those who mock this man are fearful that they would not be strong enough live a life of spiritual clarity brought on by physical deformity. I am thinking this man sees humanity more clearly looking out of that face, than humanity does looking into it.

Well this is proof that USA doesn't have the worst health system on the planet. Apathy, poverty and neglect abound all over the world. I really hope he got paid something for exposing his life to us this way. He really is a brave man. God Bless him, his affliction has probably heightened his appreciation for life - such as it is.
The comments above -- those I read -- are why I like this site. On many sites there would be a variety of cruel, nonsensical comments, but not here. Here there actually seems to be a bit of compassion for a fellow human being's sad lot in life. Kudos to all of you. Glumbert.com is cool!
its when i see things like this that i am reminded how lucky i am and not to take things for granted... i actually feel bad for being so healthy when there are other pple like this man who have to suffer thru life beaing mocked and teased... and i actually wined about my hair this morning... god pple are shallow....
