Triumph was only funny when he went to Quebec's Wiener... I mean... WINTER Carnivale. Other than that I really crush his milk bone everything I see him.
I think she's talking about the time a few years back, when Conan O'Brien taped his show for a week in Toronto, and Triumph went to the Quebec Winter Carnival, and verbally roasted all the Quebecers he saw. Christ, I laughed my ass off. And beyond that, I think she's saying she really has no use for the refined humour of Triumph. I think.
Still, she continues to freak me out pretty bad, with her knowledge of what goes on up here.

I'm a freak, I laughed all the way through it. Just chalk it up to a hard night at work, some much needed comic relief, a glass of wine, and he is freaking FUNNY! I cringed for some of them though. He doesn't come by Triumph the "insult" dog for no reason, apparently.
..haven't seen "insult dog" since he did the Hawaii weather sketch...hilarious...bad dog bad dog...people truly will do anything to be on television...
