The Gold tegu, also known as Common tegu, black tegu and Columbian tegu, is a species of tegu. They grow to around 80-110 cm with a glossy body, powerful limbs and a thick tail. They have many black and gold stripes down their body. Gold tegus live in the tropical forests of northern and central South America. They feed on insects, invertebrates, small mammals, reptiles and birds.
Signed up just so I could post to this. The guy is delusional - not only are they attracted to his warmth, they're using him as a means to try and escape. They know instinctively that "up" means "out." Let those guys out and I'm certain they won't be looking for his attention anymore. I'll God bless him when he puts them back where they belong. I'm just sayin'.....
As a lover of Gden Tegus d the owner of a Golden Tegu I must say that this the first time I've seen "Golden's" that were friendly. Very Cool. Where is this located?
