Haha, it appears they all got away too! You'd think 100% that a group of 3 kids smoking pot in broad daylight under a multi-colored parachute would get busted!
The guy laughing had to also be stoned... I mean it's funny but wow lol. The billow of smoke when the parachute got tossed away was classic-- only improved by the onlooking group of prospectives.

for anyone who doesn't understand whats going on, a group of people were holding what looks like some kind of tarp (i've seen them before just forget what they are called) over themselves to accumulate the smoke inside (hot box).
seems like they were holding it down and the cop was perplexed as to what exactly to do.
Thanks for explaining it. My eyes are so bad that I didn't realize it was a cop in the first place. Hot box. Crap. I wonder what the parachute looks like now on the inside. They could have burned holes in it. (I would guess)
