Honest word of advice there Ace. Soak your foot in warm water for a few minutes then in ice water as long as you can then repeat a few times. Unless it's broken this will lessen the pain and swelling.
One spider is putting the other spider in a trans, that is so the other spider does not attack and kill the other one. My nephew has a transula and this is how I learned how they breed. Pretty kewl! It's no song and dance! :o)
