They don't understand Snoop? He's everything that his neighborhood celebrates that is wrong... I don't agree with every law either... but my right is to lobby against it, not just break it, and piss-and-moan, b/c I get caught breaking it.
Real men own up, grow up, and don't need to impress the scum of society by flying in the face of laws that serve the best interests of society at large.
