if he was Canadian ,he would have a descent lawyer paid by Canadian taxes ,he would be going to the best shrinks in the country paid by Canadian taxes, he would go to a local university [probably queens a top Canadian school] he would be in class with 18 year old girls that live on campus,he would serve ONLY one third of his sentence,he would be released into the unsuspecting public on day leave probably in a large city so he would be anonymous , he would be given free medical ,pills and go on welfare till he found a job ,probably in the government helping others to follow the same course,IF HE WAS A CANADIAN!!!!!!
