This is the dumbest anti-Ron Paul video yet.
Why don't Ron Paul critics be honest about why they oppose freedom and limited government?
Because they are a bunch of fascists who can't openly say they want the government to run our lives, to raise taxes until we look like the old Soviet Union. So they come up with stupid crap like this.
If you oppose freedom, avoid the issues and just smear anyone who supports freedom.
Fox busted using actors in their post-debate 'focus-groups'
From last night's debate where they exluded Ron Paul despite him polling better than Thompson in New Hampshire and more than doubling Giuliani in Iowa Caucus votes.
Watch each of these videos. At the times listed for each video the same actor appears in the post debate focus group. Fucking propagandists.
goathead -
I have to agree. No journalist in the world should work for this outfit, and any that are already on the payroll should have their testicles removed with a rusty razor. Quite unbelievable in a country that claims to espouse honesty and truth.
love the buffering speed, strange but I understand this canadate. goat how did you find that site? The antiglobalist, do they intend to leave the planet? They should, that would really make the statement.
one thing that i do love about this site is that there is no shortage of wiseasses on it. :)
i take everything that i read online and elsewhere with a grain of salt. alternative viewpoints on issues of this sort help put everything into perspective. i form my own balanced opinion from there.
It is a shame that most people are scared of drastic change of the type Ron Paul speaks of. If you listen to what he says it just makes plain sense, on almost every issue he cuts to the chase and puts it to you with straightforward answers. Americans in general are so used to the pandering of most politicians that they accept it and swallow it down like a fucking milkshake on hot day.
there is my two cents, now one of you fuckers can make a joke about it if you care to. :)
gh - I agree with you 100%. The basis for the American voter is always FEAR OF CHANGE. This is not a nation ruled by logic or common sense anymore, just the emotions of fear.
Fear and progress. On a micro level the individual who bases their entire life on fear, will stay in the bad marriage, and the bad job, based on the fear that change can only bring something worse. It is false that change always makes your life worse.
On a macro level change is always slanted to a better outcome because everyone works to make the change successful even if it has flaws. It is this fearless attitude that is at the root of the enterpreunial spirit, and creative growth. The emerging states of India and China are now in this mode, and the US is slipping into old world stagnant conservatism. If we want to let fear run our lives, then we must inevitably be willing to cease to be a world power in independent thought and creativity.
Ron Paul is speaking truth, and it is a truth that the child minded adults of the US do not want to recognize or accept. It might bring on a responsibility to be a REAL adult, and accept the pain and responsibility of being an adult member of a progressive society. If one is willing to accept the responsibilities of being a citizen beyond the magnetic ribbons, and flag waving, then that citizen must accept the FULL responsibility to vote for the truth.
The truth is that this country is in a fiscal quagmire that can only be resolved by sound truthful decisions. You might be tempted to say we have grown our way out of the mess before, why can't we do it now? The US is rapidly loosing it's manufacturing, educational, and creative leadership. The numbers you see on the DOW are for the profits of GLOBAL corporations now, and are not reflective of US GDP.
To select our next president, select who can REALLY bring about the changes that this country needs in education, manufacturing, health care, and the issues that benefit the ENTIRE country, and not just your life. I have heard the line "What will we leave for our children" so many times it makes me wonder if it has a meaning beyond the words. In reality it means sacrifice for a better future, and that sacrifice must be borne by the entire society (rich and poor) to make it true.
Like it, would you agree that it's all about cycles, you peak you drop, like the earth and nature always moving never staying still forever on a cycle, man has a cycle to including survival of the fitness?
The USA have had a good run, you've now like here in Britian, you've had your cake and ate it, it's time to lay down and feel ill for a while.
In Britian everyones got nice cars (most) everyones got a flat screen, most live like romans, we are all too fat now to see a goal, it's time to diet
I know nothing about American politics, but always held the view that the candidates for the presidency were usually a pretty obnoxious bunch.
Now I see ad hear this man Ron Paul and - what a lovely guy! What a refreshing attitude and delivery. I'd never even heard of him, but if I were a US citizen he'd be getting my vote, despite the fact he is in the party of the right. We could do with someone like him here in the UK.
I'd go as far as to say he is unique. Of course, he may have policies you don't agree with, and you have to wonder how he'd cope with the gangsters on the international stage, but I bet he's an honest guy, and that's got to be worth something.
I don't know much about Jay Leno either, but he certainly knows the questions to ask.
Well done to both of them!
