Rules of concealed carry...only pull pistol when you are in fear for yours or anothers life, great bodily harm, or rape...only pull pistol to use deadly force...shoot to kill not mame..this reaks of a fake vid.
This is for Greg that thinks these losers aren't Canadian. They absolutely do have an eastern Canadian accent. I live in Newmarket, Ontario and i guarantee you that they are Canadians. And this is for Mitercut and Randalflag that thinks this was staged. The man in the B.M.W. was a United States Federal Officer and he CAN carry a concealed weapon in Canada. His bosses have all seen the video and most of them say that they would have shot the retard with the bat the second that he walked up with the baseball bat and refused to drop it. Also.... he did not keep the camera. He destroyed it and left it with the truck keys after he removed the video disc. His now ex-girlfriend is responsible for the video being on the internet. I know this because the man was in Ontario and he was staying at my house with his girlfriend...... So, all 3 of ya are full of shit!

This man wasn't a Federal Officer. Here are some reasons:
1. Feds don't carry revolvers, it would have been an auto pistol, a Sig or a Glock, maybe a Smith. But NOT a revolver.
2. He would have been holding the pistol in a two handed grip, not waving it around one handed and taking his eyes off of the man with the weapon representing the threat.
3. He wouldn't have been that close to the attacker. He wouldn't close the gap, and he would have done his best to keep it over 21 feet in distance from an armed threat.
4. He never ID'd himself as a FLEO, which he would have been required to do.
5. Any LEO, Fed, Local, State, or County in/from the US would have ID'd themselves and used a CELL PHONE to call local authorities to handle the situation.
Any LEO can spot their own when it comes to these things... furthermore, if this WAS a true account and not staged, that videotape in itself would have been enough to constitute several felonies by both men. Any LEO would know that, and would have reported the situation right then and there, and let local authorities press charges.
