Probably not. They dont have the jurisdiction to enter the house whatsoever (even with a warrant). Since the man is the one paying for rent, he has ownership over it (since they aren't a married couple, and even then, to not be trespassers they would still need his concent) That means they were trespassing both before after he asked them to leave. It was his right as an American citizen to use force against them. Plus, cheating is not a crime. The only one who would win in a lawsuit is him.
Actually, being as the girlfriend was living there, she WASN'T trespassing. Regardless of who was paying the rent/mortgage (and I actually thought I heard her say she paid the bills, but that is neither here nor there), once residency is established, eviction has to be through proper channels, and is generally a fussy, lengthy process. Arguably, the other parties were there as invitees of the girlfriend, and also not subject to trespassing charges.
Dude, why would you even freaking think about asking "what were you doing with her boyfriend" or "were you in a realationship" ? freaking dumbass. and lol at the guy behind him who stayed in the house.
That is the worse t.v. show in the history of televison. I hope that guy popped them all with that paint ball gun! Invasion of privacy is not cool, even if it is to catch a cheater!
He did the right thing. They went in his house. He repeatedly told them to leave. They got in his face and disrespected him for ratings. Don't know if it was legal or not but they need to learn that get out of my house means get out.
