New Zealand has the right idea; Drink responsibly! Except telling someone to do so is equivalent to electing a person as president and telling them not to fuck the country up. Ain't' happenin'!
That kid needs to walk it off. If I were there, I'd tell him myself. I'd also have a couple shots lined up for him when he wakes cuz he's probably gonna have the headache of a liftetime. Well, that's if he wakes up, I guess.
