Reminds me of the time I auditioned fo a part in the film "Priscilla Queen of the Desert" - an Australian road movie about a bunch of transvestites who go across the outback in a Volkswagen Combi van. It was a bit like Easy Rider with kangaroos and wombats instead of Jack Nicholson and Hedda Hopper.
I didn't get the part, but I met the brilliant English Actor Terence Camp wo played the tile role. He was a real sweety. "Call me Terry," he said. So I did, but when I tried to show him my cv he poked his finger in my eye. Just English humor I guess.
A few years later I heard he'd been arrested for giving George Michael a blowjob in a Miami toilet. What goes round comes round, as they say in Saskatoon.
Wonder if this guy ever was on an Olympic team for real....sure has talent which I would guess was a lot sharper in his younger days. Fun to watch...nice break from the high tension performances by the competing athletes.
