Ummm... I agree with christallmaybe. The video guy is an ass-hole. If he really wanted to be effective in changing this guy's behaviour he would have approached him during a non-confrontational time and asked him about it, perhaps tried to understand this guy's situation. He should have figured out a better way of getting rid of them rather that going after the lowes dude. This camera guy is totally overreacting. I've never heard of a hooker harming any children. I really don't understand the problem so many Americans have with sex.
The problem might be when his daughters grow up and there are still men trying to pick up hookers. It can get dangerous, and it doesn't belong in neighborhoods, that's for sure. The guy is a bit overzealous with his camera, but he's obviously a resident fed up with the situation and went out there and did something about it. I think he kind of hounded the guy a bit too much, but there isn't really a way to justify picking up a hooker in a residential neighborhood on the clock when you're married and not financially well off.
I do think the guy was incredibly lucky that he wasn't attacked.
Actually after reading the other articles on him, a guy that panders prostitutes to set up these encounters, and organizes a "signal" for regular customers so that he doesn't bust them really isn't a resident on a mission, just a guy looking for his 15 minutes. The videographer's point was that children can't play outdoors and wives can't walk to the store. Yet, he filmed children playing and people going to a restaraunt. Hmmm. Seems the hookers weren't harming the economy much. If you are going to make a point, at least try to provide some evidence that supports your point of view.
reffering to mappemonde's comment-i love you! its sarita by the way. anyway, she made a GREAT point about the ridiculousness of prostitution being illegal. the regulation issue-that's the center of the argument. if it were legal, it could be required to use condoms so diseases aren't transmitted. Plus, if sex workers are assaulted, they can't go to the police because THEY'LL be arrested. legalization would protect both the prostitute and the client. Additionally, sex is legal, paying people for stuff is legal, there is no reason why prostitution should not be. the real dangers involved are with human traficking, and if prostitution were legal that would go away because it would not be needed. And one more thing- laws should not dictate what you are allowed to to to yourself. that goes for drug policy as well. skydiving and smoking are legal-so don't argue that its for the people's own good. if the government openly says that we are not capable of making decisions for our self that is an outright contradiction of democracy.

Omg, are yall forreals. For one, the whole video is about prostitution not about sex at all. Prostitution leads to a lot of violence, drug abuse, and STD's. All this guy is trying to do is keep all this stuff from spreading in this town, which is severly overrun by the prostitutes. So kudos to him for trying to stop illegal activity before it escalates to anything worse.
Nobody has a thing on that driver. The driver ran his mouth like a seven year old, when he just should have driven away. The guy with the camera is going to get his mouth stuffed with a boondocker soon enuff.
