Interesting side note, I just read California wants to completely legalize Marijuana, cultivation, sales, possession, paraphernalia and tax it at $50 a ounce.

Just like FDR legalized alcohol for the tax benefit during the depression, this might just be a good idea who's time has come!

The Dutch are not doing badly with the concept of legal marijuana, their drug deaths have been cut in half since they legalized weed.
