The sisters really can't be blamed, at this point. I mean, look at what raised them. But, at what age will they stop being a victim of circumstance, and become responsible for their own actions? Knowing right from wrong? Do they have any hope of EVER being able to do that? Ignorance perpetuates ignorance, and on and on......
