i worked on the ski jumps in lake placid for a few years. you sure can move fast coming down at a 32 degree angle 72 or even the 90 meter hill on grass or snow and ice. those were some fun times.

That was cool. The guys at the bottom are crazy though. they tried to stop the tractor tire with a mat right after it destroyed the ramp. Nice how it still made 40m without a good launch from the ramp.
