grueslayer...just don't get it, do you? Animals, any animal deserves respect and understanding for what they are. They don't go out of their way to hurt people just because they disagree with them. I believe that animals have the same rights as humans. The right to life.
Let;s say someone near and dear to you is dying of horrible illness or disease (gawd forbid), but let's say they were; a doctor comes up yo you and says "I think I have found a potential cure; BUT, to be sure, I have to test it on 500 dogs or monkeys or whatever, and it might kill most or all of them."
You response? (i.e. give the doc a green light?......or respect those animals who "have the same rights as humans", as you've said)?
I might be the only one to agree with you, iloveanimals. I believe that all living things have a right to life, except those god damned mosquitos and other parasites. but other than that, I LOVE animals!!! :D
