the film speed has been adjusted slower to syc the main rotors too appear not rotating.

I think the blades ARE spinning, its just that it's going too fast for the camera to pick up.

If you've ever seen a helicopter in real life, you'll know what im talking about.

This is a complete and total fake. There is no way a helicopter can fly without the main rotor spinning very fast. The audio has been dubbed over the video. You can hear the rotor cutting through the air on the sound, but that is not what you see in the video. This is probably a model helicopter on some fishing line.

Same thing as wagon wheels spinning backwards in movies: The camera takes discrete pictures and chops up the movement, so it seems like the rotor is not turning.

This is a Russian Hind by the way, a helicopter that does need no extra "Bad news coming" sign on its front...
