That stuff looks like 'Purple K' used to extenguish aircraft and petroleum fires in the military. Good thing he is using a mask, it's some dangerous stuff. I put out a roaring propane fire under a canvass 'pop up' camping trailer with it. Amazed me as well as the guy that owned the trailer. BTW don't try to wash it off with water. A definite mess of gooey stuff will be the result.
