I find it amazing at how insensitive people can be to the ailment of creatures who need help. Nowadays people laugh at pain. That is definately wrong. Obviously the the person who was taking this video should have taken the little thing to the nearest animal sanctuary/rehab center. Never call animal control on such a situation. Put the animal in a box and bring it to a vet that cares at your local animal sanctuary.
speaking as a veterinary technician with 8 years experience... Don't bring drunk squirrels into the vet or wildlife rehab facilities... hes drunk give him some water and he'll sleep it off, or better let leave him alone. All we'd be able to do is pump him full of fluids and wait till it wears off anyway. Please don't waste our time with trivial things, if he get hit by a car sure bring him on by, otherwise let nature take it's course. Hes no more going to die of fermented pumpkin then you are after a bottle of wine. I hardly believe the concentration of alcohol in an old pumpkin is enough to give him alcohol poisoning. Save the resources of your local animal rehab for more critical matters please.
it has an ear infection in the right ear. when animals get ear infections there balance gets really fucked up and they lean and run to the side of the infection. it hapened to my hampster when i was little it died the day after.
i don't see them harming the creature at all. and i am sure as hell not risking whatever fucked up disease these things carry so i can take care of it.

hahaha that squirrel reminds me of myself when drunk. I bet he was having one hell of a time. People really need to calm down. It's not like they fed the little guy the pumkins. Damn. I mean, the squirrel probably knew with the first bite they were fermented and kept on going.
