Well, it seems this guy really is learning disabled (retarded). He's a showman, and is having fun with this, so help yourself to a laugh or three! Little City is a real home in Palatine for those with disabilities, and here's a guy taking full advantage of their studio!

OMG, this show is from another universe! I love how he uses the same tiny knife to cut several food ingredients. His Julia Child and Fonzie impressions sound exactly the same. Perhaps the most annoying cooking show ever.
This is terrific! What a kick it must be for this guy to be able to feel that he can actually teach others something. I just wish that someone would teach him about cross contamination before he poisons someone.
