dude......mythbuster definitely tried recreating this......and failed.......and they had so much equipment and techonology........could this be fake? i don't think so but mythbuster spent days doing this...while this korean show spent around 5 minutes

Mythbuster tried to do it like Robin Hood did ie. split actual arrow with another arrow, and this guy shoots real arrow into arrow-like tube.

Mythbusters did "splitting an arrow". They disproved that, but it was because of the vibration of the arrow and the grain of the wood, not because of the accuracy of the archer. What you see here is telescoping, which is quite doable. I've seen it done in my high school gym class, it's impressive but not too extraordinary.
