what's everyone talking about??/ this chick is funny. it's a great bit. I think what's happening is that not everyone knows what the vietnamese accent sounds like. In L.A. they're everywhere w/ nail salons everywhere so we hear it all the time. This is s GREAT bit... trust me. Same thing w/ comedians making fun of Mexican accent.. it's all hilarious. You people need to get out more. If we can't laugh at each others cultures then we'll never get along... trust me i do a mean mexican gangster accent... hahaha.. I'm filipino.. our accent is hilarious too. get out more you red staters1!
yea yea yea, we all know that asians talk like that. the problem isnt that shes making fun of other cultures, or being rascist. i like that sort of thing. the problem is she just isnt funny. nope not one bit. whatever comedic potential was there in her nail salon bit was ruined by her terrible comedic delivery. shes just a bad performer. as an added bonus to piss us all off, its clear that the only reason she has a video posted on this site is because shes kinda cute. yea if you put her on a stage next to gary shandling, i'd be looking at her all of the time, but shandling is the guy who's show id go to see, not, little miss hispanic, loopy earing, unfunny girl. 8P

She's good...not belly laughs, but humor based on our now-a-days normal happenings. I liked it...being white, I couldn't DO it, but I did laugh. And not out of disrespect...asians are an important part of our family. As are those from Bangladesh...very important.

I really liked videocritic's astute comment, basically, if you liked this, you're a twat. Whoa, doesn't get more incisive, intelligent and to~the~point than that. He probably went to college or sump'n. OK, I'm a twat then. Look, she's got the accent down (could you do that?) and the way they welcome you, pretend to be your friend and then rip you off. She makes a light~hearted poke at it, does it well, and she's cute to look at. This is stand~up comedy, not Rumsfield defending the war. It just ain't that serious.
Oh, and by the way, it's women who get their nails and shit done. So if you're a guy, and I think most of you are guys, right? (you can tell because there's this soft flabby thing inside your underwear), so try as you might, you're just not gonna get it.
She is hysterical.......we all have fun with sterotypes. Me........I'm overweight, a caseworker for the government and over 50, so there are plenty of jokes about my "brackets" and I laugh at them too.....Lighten up. This is so dead on it couldn't be more real if you walked into the shop yourself to have your nails done........by TAMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She did a great job of of imitating theexperience. Similar experiences have happened to me getting my hair cut. I go in for a simple cut and end up with a new color, weird cut, blow dry, and who knows what all I agreed to without realizing that I am being manipulated into paying for things I don't want or need. I am not talking about a race or culture either. People are taught by their bosses to manipulate people into buying more. "You want fries with that?"
